Using light touch on the clothed body, CST encourages a deep release of muscular tension. This allows the body's self-correcting mechanism to guide the treatment allowing restricted and painful areas to loosen and re balance.
CST is useful for:
- chronic pain
- neck and back pain
- headaches and migraine
- aiding recovery after injury or trauma
- sleep/feeding problems in babies
- behavioural or learning difficulties in children
