Cranio-Sacral Therapy

Using light touch on the clothed body, CST encourages a deep release of muscular tension.  This allows the body's self-correcting mechanism to guide the treatment allowing restricted and painful areas to loosen and re balance.

CST is useful for:

  • chronic pain
  • neck and back pain
  • headaches and migraine
  • aiding recovery after injury or trauma
  • sleep/feeding problems in babies
  • behavioural or learning difficulties in children
